I ordered one of these lights from another distributor for a 2012 Dodge Charger and asked specifically if the mounting hardware secured the unit snug against the windshield. I was told "oh yes, they''ve got new brackets for those, they fit great!" Well, the light fits anything but great. It puts out some serious light...no complaints there, but with this type of application, it needs to fit snug against the window and not have gaps along the headliner. The flashback caused by the unit not fitting properly is completely unacceptable for night driving. wire harness is way too short as well....only 10ft, which may sound like alot, but routing the cable thru the headliner, down the A pillar, and under the carpet to a switchbox in your console leaves you short by about 12-15 inches. ALL other manufacturers of this type light give you a minimum of 15ft, with most giving you 20-25ft of cable. Other than the terrific light ouput, I''d stay away from these until their engineers get the small stuff worked out!!!
