Responder PSE started in 2007 as an off-shoot from Project Responder, the Ultimate Volunteer Firefighter's Response Vehicle (shown above). Started by Michael Netherton as a sideline, Responder PSE quickly grew to the point where in March of 2008, it became a full time job. For a little more than one and a half years, the business was run out of the basement in Michael's home, using a UPS store mailbox as the "storefront".

Things really changed when in late 2009, Michael bought a commercial property (above) in St. Louis and set up a retail store along with an installation facility and warehouse space. Soon afterwards, Michael hired an office manager, installer and sales staff. In one year, business had nearly doubled, and continues to do so.

Responder PSE was built on the premise of "customer service". We bend over backwards for our customers.
